Email hang.dao.bbb@gmail.com. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, CamLit version and a description of the problem. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or payment-card information.
Delete your CamLit account
Open CamLit > Settings > Account > Delete account. Continue, enter the confirmation word shown in the app and confirm deletion. If you signed in with Apple, complete the Apple authentication prompt. Wait for the deletion result. If it fails, retry or contact us. Account deletion removes the live account and its sessions, not local content, AI usage records or Apple purchases. Manage Apple subscriptions
On your iPhone open Settings > your name > Subscriptions > CamLit to manage or cancel a subscription. Deleting the app or account does not cancel it. Use Restore purchases in CamLit with the Apple Account used to buy. See Apple’s cancellation instructions. For refund requests, use Report a Problem.
